Obama care is programs were people have to pay for health care benefits and if you don’t you will pay more taxes; the federal government will set up a body to run your health care. The Obama care is a health reform that is currently being debated on whether it should be passed . This reform would offer millions of americans health coverage at low costs or free if needed. Small buisness would have to offer medical insurance to their employees . the donkey is saying that neither Obama care or stimulus are really good idea's. A STIMULUS is ecomic aid granted by the government to spur the economy and country growth. The "shoes" of the donkey are blocks of concrete which keep him from advancing. The Democrats 2010 is signified as well as Obama in this democratic cartoon.
The cartoon is saying that all Democrats have done this year, with all the failures and self concocted successes, has really tied them down to ground. Many mistakes have been made and it is a little too late to change them. With the elections coming up many democrats won’t see the light of day if they truly believe of winning this year. From one thing to another they have made their decisions and soon they will reap the benefits of them whether or not they want to.

Like Nick said, especially with the elections for Senators coming up, many people might think twice before voting for Democrats. Obamacare is the proposed health care act for Americans, in which many Republicans oppose. Stimulus is where the government changes its spending to try to revive the economy. In order to revive the economy, Obama sent out many stimulus checks, as well as tax credits for buying a home. The donkey represents the Democrats.
