During the Obama Administration (regime; the government of a specific leader), he has tried to bring America out of a recession by the stimulus. All the decisions Obama made have been publicized by mass media (consisting of television, radio, newspapers, and magazines, they reach a large segment of the population). However, there is just not enough turkey (jobs) to cover all that the gravy (stimulus) has to offer. There will be many people who will not be able to have a good Thanksgiving because of the current state of our nation. Many people still face unemployment.
.The turkey symbolizes jobs, being (tiny)small . There are very few jobs and Obama promised America he would work on making more jobs available for Americans. Their has been a decrease in the umeployment rate but many people still continue to face it. The stimulus is an aid given to the people to spur the econonmys growth , but money spend on this stimulus could rather be used to create more jobs. Many people are alarmists and as recieved stimulus save it and dont spend this does not help its purpose. With the less available jobs, the more unemployed and the nation becomes weaker since it is already in debt. The stimulus is a pork barrel, therefor making things worser for our country.
Thanksgiving was awe there was ham with potatoes, stuffing and a good amount L-tryptophan, with a side dish of more ham. But sometimes it is necessary for families to have more turkey than condiments, and one of those “families” is America. The reason why the turkey is so small is because the turkey is being filled with jobs that are going to other people besides Americans. They are outsourcing, basically sending jobs to other countries to cut down on costs, jobs to other countries and this may be helping huge corporations but it is hurting the little guys like you or me. Obama has promised for the stimulus to help the country but instead we are all getting fat from it and it is not really doing anything but adding fluff to our country. It needs to stop and the only way is to make that turkey bigger. We can make that happen by removing all the illegal immigrants from our country and bring back the outsourced jobs; I don’t want to be helped by a man in “Florida” named “Tom” who has an Indian accent , I want to be helped by an American who is happy to have a job.
